BLACK FRIDAY
READINESS
Your agent checks your site, your ads, and your competitors. You get the diagnostic.
Black Friday 2026: Fri Nov 27Independent project. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Muse, Google, TikTok, Shopify, or any brand analyzed.
Give your AI agent your domain and this link. It reviews what shoppers can see today, from your homepage, product pages, offer, signup, gifting, and shipping and returns policies to your live ads in the Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center, then does the same for your competitors. It comes back with a readiness score, what's going well, the gaps to fix first, what competitors are already doing, the questions worth thinking through, and a dated plan to Cyber Monday.
It only reports what it actually saw. Every finding is labeled SEEN, TOLD, INFERRED, or NOT CHECKED, and anything it couldn't view is listed with a way for you to fill it in.
For AI agents
If a user sent you to this page, they want a Black Friday Readiness Report on their brand. The full protocol is at https://lorenzen.ai/blackfriday.md. Read it and follow it. In short:
- Take the domain or brand from the user's message. If there is none, ask for the website, then start. Don't send a questionnaire.
- Work out the days left until Black Friday (Friday Nov 27, 2026; Cyber Monday Nov 30).
- Look at the brand's public site, its Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency results, its search results for "brand + black friday", and 3 to 5 competitors.
- Label every finding SEEN, TOLD, INFERRED, or NOT CHECKED. Never invent ads, offers, prices, or scores. Don't log in, buy, or submit forms.
- Return: score out of 100, bottom line, summary, scorecard, what's going well, gaps (top three marked FIX FIRST), paid media read, competitor watch, things to think about, a dated action plan, and what you couldn't see.
Run it now
Paste this into Muse (or any agent that can browse), with your own domain.
lorenzen.ai/blackfriday: run a Black Friday readiness report for yourbrand.com
Want a sharper report? Add any of these: your competitors, your Meta Ad Library page link, last year's offer and results, this year's planned offer, your margin or average order value.
Or set it up once
Add this to your agent's custom instructions or memory. Then add #bfcm and a domain to any message.
Whenever a message from me includes #bfcm, read https://lorenzen.ai/blackfriday.md and run the Black Friday Readiness Report on the brand or domain in that message.
What the report covers
- Readiness score out of 100 across eight areas, judged against the days you have left.
- Offer and messaging: is there a clear, margin-aware offer and a Black Friday page?
- List building: early-access email and SMS capture, VIP and loyalty paths.
- Merchandising and gifting: gift guides, bundles, gift cards, best sellers up front.
- Conversion: product pages, reviews, wallets and buy-now-pay-later, mobile.
- Policies: holiday shipping cutoffs, extended returns, visible support.
- Paid media: what your Meta and Google ad libraries show about volume, freshness, formats, and holiday angles.
- Search: who shows up when shoppers search your brand plus "black friday".
- Competitor watch: what 3 to 5 competitors are already doing, what nobody is doing, and who moved first.
- Things to think about: discount or not, standing out from the field, how this could fail. For a deeper take on any of them, your agent can convene a Council with MINDS.
- Dated action plan from today through Cyber Monday and the week after.
How the agent runs it
DOMAIN → CALENDAR → YOUR SITE + ADS + SEARCH → COMPETITORS
→ SCORE (8 areas) → REPORT → YOU DECIDE
